• Device notifications: Used to alert you about notices, dues, and approvals.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to operate hostel management functions: authentication, room allocation, complaint tracking, payment records, visitor logging, and notifications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Realtime Database, and Storage services), which applies industry-standard security practices.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase and Razorpay (for payment processing). These providers may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
